These terms apply to the Justa app and the website at justatravel.app (together, the "service"), operated by Justa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. Who can use Justa
You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own non-commercial travel planning. You may not copy, modify or distribute the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
3. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keeping that inbox secure keeps your account secure. Your forwarding address adds bookings to your account: anyone who has it can do so, so keep it to yourself. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Your content
The confirmations you forward and the trips you build stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the service for you and for the people you share a trip with. Only forward what you have the right to share.
Justa reads confirmations automatically and can get details wrong. Always check times, gates and documents with your airline, rail operator, hotel or rental company before you travel. They, not Justa, are the source of truth for your bookings.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features need credits or a subscription. On iPhone, payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account, under the Apple Media Services Terms. On Android, payment is processed by Google Play under its own terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Credits are used when you unlock a trip and are not refundable once used.
- Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
6. App Store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:
- Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where it conflicts with these terms for the App Store copy of the app, it governs.
- These terms are between you and Justa, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- Justa, not Apple, is responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Do not scrape it, overload it, or try to get around its security.
- Do not forward other people's bookings without their permission.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. What that erases is described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail it reads from a confirmation is correct.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Justa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including missed flights, connections or reservations — arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Justa operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
12. Changes
We will tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
13. Open data
Justa names the stations and airports on your bookings from open data. Station names and locations contain information from Trainline's station list, made available under the Open Database License. The extract of it Justa uses is available on request from [email protected]. Airport names come from OurAirports, in the public domain, and their timezones from mwgg/Airports, under the MIT license.
